Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits others from using the Platform.
• Use the Platform to transmit harmful or unlawful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.

3. Reservations and Payments

Reservation: An initial deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your reservation.

Payment: The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in the city or country, either by cheque, cash (INR, Euros, or US Dollars), as agreed at the time of confirmation of the tour.

Inclusions: The tour price includes arrival/departure, air-conditioned luxury vehicle, domestic flight tickets (if applicable), train tickets (if applicable), hotel charges with CPAI plan (if applicable), government service tax, and any other services (if applicable).

Exclusions: Prices do not include charges for laundry service, telephone and internet usage, wines, liquors, mineral waters, travel insurance, international flight tickets, visa fees, tips, monument tickets, movie/video camera fees at monuments, miscellaneous expenses, souvenirs, or any other expenses not specified.

4. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons, we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the written communication, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

• 60 Days prior to arrival: 15% of the tour/service cost.
• 45 Days prior to arrival: 20% of the tour/service cost.
• 30 Days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour/service cost.
• 15 Days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost.
• 7 Days prior to arrival or No Show: 100% of the tour/service cost.

Note: Irrespective of the above-mentioned cancellation slabs, after the booking is made, in case of cancellation of tour package/hotel booking/luxury van/bus/car or any other travel-related service, a minimum of 15% service charge of the total booking would be payable by the customer.

5. Changes to Itinerary

If you need to change your plan, most programs allow travel deviations that affect destination, departure date, program extensions, and the like. Note that the tour plan can be changed, provided that requests are made in writing 21 days prior to the commencement of the tour. No deviations can be made or processed within 21 days of the commencement of the tour.

6. Liability

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sudarshan Travels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or products purchased through the Platform.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sudarshan Travels, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Siliguri West Bengal.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
